What You Need To Know
#1: This is a themed costume party and all attendees should dress as their favorite holiday character, hero, or villain (elves, reindeer, Santa, Mrs. Claus, or even a holiday grinch). All members of a team must be in costume to qualify for the $1,000 grand prize.
#2: The Great Hunt is an invitation-only party and not open to the public. If you have received one of the numbered invitations, you are allowed to bring a team of 4 to 6 people to compete across Columbia. No teams are allowed with less than 4 members, and no teams are allowed with more than 6 members.
#3: Team check-in will commence at 5 PM, with open bar and light hors d’oeuvres. The Great Hunt will end at 9PM SHARP. There will be an open bar, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and DJ Manny busting out tunes for dancing from 9PM – 11PM. Teams returning after 9PM will not have their points counted.
#4: No party attendee can remain with staff during The Great Hunt.
#5: No children or minors are allowed.
#6: Each team must have a designated driver who does not drink prior to the end of The Great Hunt (9PM).
#7: DUE TO COVID-19, ALL GUESTS MUST WEAR MASKS UNLESS SEATED, EATING, OR DRINKING.
